Many companies and law firms offer services to appeal and lower property taxes in Cook County.

That is not what we do.

We are not a law firm and are not here to help you lower your annual taxes by appealing any reassessments.

Our goal is to ensure that you are getting any and all exemptions that you are entitled to and that you receive any money that you previously failed to claim.

We feel that there is a fundamental injustice when a homeowner has earned an exemption and fails to claim it.

We are knowledgeable and experienced in reclaiming money that is rightfully yours and would love to assist you further.

Unless you are feeling particularly benevolent towards Cook County and would like them to hold onto your hard-earned money, in which case, then our services are not for you.
